My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was huge with high ceilings and a large balcony, but unfortunately, the housekeeping was lacking as the room wasn't made up by 2:00 p.m. The service provided by Lucas and Jessica was incredibly welcoming and helpful, but some of the other staff members seemed ill-trained and surly. The location was great with lots of breakfast choices, but it was a bit too far from the town center. The dining experience was okay but somewhat overpriced at 25 Euros per person. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel had everything you could possibly want, making the facilities adequate for a pleasant stay.
